Transforming approximately eight densely wooded acres into an open, park-like setting that showcases the property’s natural landscape and newly surveyed lots.
The Project
Opening a dense wooded property without losing what made it beautiful.
The property had heavy underbrush, overcrowded trees, dead and dying timber, and numerous trees growing close to the house. A recent storm had also left large downed trees throughout the property that needed to be pulled out and removed.
Over approximately two weeks, Rafter E selectively cleared the property, removed hazardous and storm-damaged trees, cleaned up brush and debris, and opened the landscape while preserving the trees and natural features that gave the property its character.

Opening the property revealed what was already there.
The finished clearing created a more open, usable property while showing off the landscape and making the newly surveyed lots easier to see and appreciate.
